A blend of Puget Spice, Myer’s Royal Limbertwig, Black Limbertwig, and Gold Rush apples grown at Bent Apple Farm, Lansing, NC. Barrel-fermented in French oak and matured on its lees for three months before bottle conditioning. A full-dry, bright straw colored cider with pineapple, coconut and hazelnut aromas and creamy, persistent bubbles.
