We like to think in colours when we analyze the multitude of hop flavours and aromas.Fermented with our juicy fruit gum producing house yeast blend, to accentuate the fruity flavors from the hops.In our Spectrum series we put together hop blends that bring out the distinctive profile of each colour.In this blend we taste young pineapple and bitter citrus peel along with notes of resin and pine.
