Notes de la brasserie: Au nez on retrouve du caramel au beurre, de la vanille, un peu de chocolat et de la framboise. Le corps de la bière est assez crémeux. En bouche, on retrouve immédiatement la framboise légèrement acidulée, puis le caramel au beurre, la vanille, et finalement un chocolat légèrement amer accompagné des tanins du fût de chêne.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose we find butterscotch, vanilla, a little chocolate and raspberry. The body of the beer is quite creamy. On the palate, we immediately find the slightly tart raspberry, then the butterscotch, the vanilla, and finally a slightly bitter chocolate accompanied by the tannins of the oak barrel.
