Imperial Stout brewed with Muscovado Sugar and with Cinnamon and Vanilla AddedCan Release: 5/1 - $14/2-packWe embiggened this stout with unrefined muscovado cane sugar in the kettle to add depth to the roasted and caramelized malts. After fermentation, we infused it with five pounds of Saigon cinnamon bark along with a double-dose of Madagascar vanilla beans. The spice cuts through the mocha flavor from the chocolate malt, while the vanilla transforms it into a luscious creamy dessert. Like dipping a sticky bun into a cup of black coffee!
