A traditional Bavarian Weissbier that received a whirlpool and dry-hopping with the fruity German hop varietals - Huell Melon and Callista. Expect doughy wheat character with bread crust from our decoction process and balanced classic weizen yeast contributions of banana and clove. The hops add some playful lime, honeydew melon and blackcurrant character.
