Chicago Cyser is a Malört barrel aged cyser (apple mead) with a polish twist. The cyser itself spent almost 2 years aging in barrels, providing luscious micro-oxidation notes characteristic of classic Polish meads. It was then transferred to a fresh dumped Malört barrel for another 10 months of aging. Even if you don’t like Malört, we think you’ll love what the barrel did to this mead.
