La Grezza, our Italian style dry-hopped pilsner, is the house beer of Grezzo. Grezzo changes their menus fairly often and to reflect this, we change the Grezza recipe as well. It is always single malt and single hop, but never tastes as simple as the recipes are. The newest batch is Hallertau Tradition, a very classic tasting aroma hop from Germany.
