Sol Power comes in hot as our first collaboration with Anderson Valley Brewing Company. Did you know that Anderson Valley is the world's first solar powered brewery? Inspired by them, we are in the process of installing our own solar power. Back to the beer...we wanted to brew something hoppy but sessionable as we dip our toes into the summer heat. This gluten-reduced, medium-light bodied pale ale has a heap of Mosaic, Citra, and Strata hops—emitting aromas of passion fruit, watermelon, and blood orange. Flavors of pomelo, pine, and raspberry shine bright on the palate and lead to a dry finish.
