A classic English Pale Ale, copper in colour, a reserved classic/noble hop presence, balanced out with a warm malty grain bill, with a clean lingering finish.2024 Bucketty’s Hop Harvest whole cones used in both the mash and boil.Amongst the Bucketty’s Hops were Cascade and Canterbury Goldings….. so naturally it was a no brainer to pair them up with commercially farmed Cascade and East Kent Goldings….. and then with at the request of Alex the English “Bar Manager” the English hop Harlequin in both Whirlpool and Dry Hop in generous doses.
