紙飛機釀造 x 拉曼，使用了拉曼酵母「沃邓Verdant IPA」进行合酿，也是我们首次尝试此酵母；小麦与燕麦提高顺滑度，高硫氯比增强酒体厚度，酵母带来了热带水果、杏子的风味，将发酵度挂上S档并保证整体平衡，沃邓作为浑浊阳性酵母展示了优异的浑浊保持能力。后期干投了大量的银河与西楚酒花，与酵母风味加乘体现在酒液中。In collaboration with Lallemand, Paper Plane Brewing ventured into using the "Verdant IPA" yeast from Lallemand for the first time. This brew incorporates wheat and oats to enhance its creamy texture, while a high sulfate-to-chloride ratio thickens the body. The Verdant yeast imparts tropical fruit and apricot notes, ensuring a vigorous and balanced fermentation. Known for its superb haze retention, Verdant is a turbid positive yeast. The beer's complex profile is further enriched by generous late additions of Galaxy and Citra hops, amplifying the distinctive yeast flavors.
