A modern West Coast DIPA brewed with new and old school hops hopped to 50 IBUs and fermented down to 1,6 plato. On the hot side we added Comet hops and in the dryhop we added Mosaic Lupomax, Galaxy and the new NZ Cascade SubZero Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops. A crisp and clear DIPA with a firm bitternes and a juicy and dank hop character.
