One barley wine, split into five barrels to age and evolve. This expression has developed in a 15 year old Tokaji barrel. The wine was pure honey, bod apricot with subtle hints of ginger, just perfect for barley wine. The profile will continue to change as it matures but it's a delicious bee to enjoy now.
