Kellerbier is a young unfiltered beer that is designed to be drunk by liters. It was first brewed in Franconia as a lager with a milder and softer taste. Since it is not filtered, it has a denser body, mild grain flavor, with tones of white bread, light bitterness and aroma of noble German hops.
