One brew, splitinto 11 different casks and left todevelop and absorb the characterand flavour embedded in the wood.This one has been resting in a 20 yearMadeira cask and has gained sweet andfruity qualities, with almond and burntcaramel. This will develop over timebut this is excellent to drink right now.
