We used beech smoked malt, Belgian yeast and Belgian water profile. A true Abbey style beer. Soft mouthfeel, toffee-caramel with a sprinkle of Frazzles, balanced with a hint of banana/blueberry flavour from the yeast. The finish is soft and sweet but this beer is actually bone dry. It'll hit you baby one more time and time again
