This is a new one in our never ending journey exploring the fine differences between the ingredients we brew our beers with. Escape is brewed with a base of pilsner- , wheat- and spelt malt. We also used a different yeast than usual: the Conan strain, known from one of the most famous DIPAs of the Vermont area which uniquely pushes all the fruity aromas. On top of that we dry hopped this bad boy with a big pile of Amarillo, Sabro & Nelson Sauvin. This is not your average haze bomb, but a true juicy sipper, that hides his abv very well…
