This beer is a collaboration between Ægir and our good friends at Garage Project, New Zealand’s foremost craft brewery. We put our collective heads together for the second time in recent years and decided to make a strong Belgian-style Blonde Ale with a Norwegian twist: adding birch sap and heather flowers, and of course some New Zealand hops! A beer that pairs well with aged cheeses, seafood and or spicy dishes
