Contained herein is a flavorful merging of apples and blackcurrants–a union destined to be. We aged this apple wine in neutral barrels for two years before steeping whole blackcurrants. Beneath The Rose is the still version of our sparkling blackcurrant-apple wine we call Rosary. Throughout history, an “underground spring” of knowledge has aided many seekers along their path of spiritual evolution. Such teachings have been both suppressed by ‘authorities’, and safeguarded, Beneath The Rose, under the auspices of various esoteric organizations and mystery schools throughout the ages.
