Hear ye! Hear ye!.. it’s been a while since we’ve had one of our favorite hops in house, but we managed to get our hands on some 2021 Nelson Sauvin. There was only one logical thing to do, so we brewed up a super soft and juicy IPA. We hit it with Nelson and just a touch of Citra in the kettle and whirlpool, then proceeded to saturate it with a generous double dry hop of straight Nelson delight! Notes of freshly crushed white grape, summer passion fruit wine, and a touch of gooseberry to follow. Lord Nelson has thrown down the gauntlet, time to drink up!
