The brewery is located in the picturesque village of Kötschach-Mauthen, Gailtal, Carinthia - Austria. Close to the Italian border, here at 720 meters above sea level, with its own spring, the best raw materials, and a lot of love for the product, delicious freshly brewed beer is celebrated. The Vienna Lager is a beer style by Anton Dreher, the Austrian brewer legend. He combined cold fermentation with knowledge of English malting technique and thus created the Viennese camp, as we know it today.
