Tibetan Pale Ale (藏式艾尔)

This medium bodied, golden amber pale ale has a refreshing citrus and pine flavor balanced with definite bitterness. Our special ingredients are fresh sprigs from local pines which we combine with an ancient Tibetan yeast used for the Tibetan home brewed beer called "Tschang". A long and warm fermentation process gives it a special taste.
