With a pale-pink, straw-colour and a plum fruit sharpness on the nose, this brew is very low in bitterness, and a refreshing palate cleanser.This beer is a top fermented, sour mashed, German wheat beer that has been tweaked; we added real plums to the fermentation process, which added a layer of complexity to the aroma and finish.
