Of the Flowers: the ReImagining VI

In a largely throw-away culture that promotes the adage, "Buy, Buy, Buy", waste surrounds us. However, in a world Re-Imagined, things might be a little different; through creativity we might find a re-birth. Our "ReImagining" series takes ingredients that we have already used and finds them new life. For our sixth batch, we took a dry, six month aged Cider and rested it on 2nd use Blackberries, Red Raspberries, and Strawberries, then added a dose of Kimberton-grown Lavender, and a pinch of Damiana. A lovely hued appearance gives way to a light and easy drinking Cider with subtle tart fruitiness and a delicate floral undertone. ReImagine your world!
