Red Nelson

It was mostly hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops, but also Centennial, Equinox and Simcoe. The malt bill provides a biscuity red base for the bitterness coming from these hops.It presents a spicy backbone with some pine, citrus, peach and herbal flavors. The aroma carries some caramel and peach notes and finishes with a flavor reminiscent of white wine.
