Saint Sartori is the inaugural beer in our Saint Series; a series of beers that consist of one hop and one malt, made one time only. It is our way to show our appreciation and admiration of those that have been indispensable in the opening of our brewery, the success of our brewery, and the success of our industry as a whole. Saint Sartori (brewed for our friend Steve Sartori of Altamont Beer Works) is a single hop double IPA showcasing the Hallertau Blanc hop from Germany, using our house 2-row base malt from Great Western, and Altamont's house yeast. Your first whiff will show you how this is one of the most complex hops available today with giant Sauvignon Blanc aromatics, a blast of tropical fruits, n assertive dank backbone that create what we feel is one of the most complex single hop beers you will ever find.
