WC Pilsner with Dry-Hopped CoffeeWe dry-hopped Ethiopian coffee beans with Citra hops from our current lot selection, and our buddy Alex light-roasted them for us. Then we added them to our West Coast Pilsner, Nervous Hummingbird, to highlight the coffee flavor and accentuate the citrusy notes. Dry-Hopped Coffee with Dry-Hopped beer, ready for springtime sipping!
