Méthode Pêche is our first-ever Méthode Traditionnelle infused with organic peaches (in fact, 1,300 pounds of them!). This special bière follows the traditional lambic brewing guidelines, allowing the yeast to spontaneously ferment and develop a unique character. Aged in red wine oak barrels for 1.5 years, Méthode Pêche features flavors of ripe peach, refreshing pink grapefruit, and vinous white wine, all enveloped in a light body that harmonizes with bright acidity. With each sip, the essence of the fruit and the nuanced influence of barrel aging unfold, creating a vibrant yet refined drinking experience.
