We are not snobs. We recognise the value of a solid, tasty lager, but feel so constrained by the overwhelming amount of indifferently-brewed ones. We had to make our own! Okay, maybe we are a little snobbish. But we are fine with that because now, we have the freedom to drink something clean and bright, brimming with the freshness of the Pils malt.
