Built on Admiral Pilsner malt and fermented cold with the addition of Strata and Simcoe hops, Alpine Ascent is light bodied and clean like a lager, but with the aromatics and bitterness of a West Coast IPA. Scents of clementine, preserved lemon and sticky resin beam through its pale golden color; ruby red grapefruit, nectarine and white floral notes shine bright on the tongue. Top it off with a crisp, dry finish and this brew makes the perfect reward for your alpine ascent.
