We brewed this Imperial Stout with lactose and a complex layering of dark roasted malts for a full body & robust character, then rested it in freshly dumped W.L. Weller Bourbon barrels for over a year.Saw finishes with Buzzsaw's Sustainably Sourced & Single Origin El Tiple Coffee from the Huila region of Columbia. El Tiple coffee provides notes of rich chocolate, deep florals and dark fruits.
