Three Pronged Fork is a collaboration between Hop Nation and Mr Banks.When the Mr Banks team came to Footscray in December, we knew we were always going to brew some kind of IPA, and after ideas were thrown around the teams decided to brew a Farmhouse IPA using a combination of cryo and pellet hops, and a co-fermentation of two strains of yeast.It's a high ester beer, with a spicy, phenolic note thanks to the French Saison yeast, which works in conjunction with hop aromatics you’d expect from an IPA. Cryo-hops offer a punchy, fruity element.
