Double Mashed with combination of six malts, plus Muscavado Sugar - because what’s a cup of tea without sugar? - and boiled for an extended period to enhance caramelisation.Boiled, stirred, and teaspoon gently tapped on the corner of the vessel, we transferred our brew to Red Wine barrels for a total of 22 months - steeping with bergamot and tea leaves to welcome it from its extended sleep, maturing to 11.5% in the process.The fruit and tea lends a gentle tart and tannic contrast, plus a clean acidity on the finish following notes of black treacle, herbaceous sarsaparilla, toasted oak, and red berries.Additions: Bergamot & Tea
