Introducing Static, the 4th release in our Acrimonious series of sour beers. This 6% mixed fermentation golden sour ale was aged for over a year in French oak barrels that previously held Pinot Noir wine. After it’s time in oak, Static was then conditioned on Pinot Noir grapes. Static features bright acidity with a light touch of silky tannins on the finish.
