Experimental IPA #52

Experimental IPA #52 is fermented with local Wildflower and Blueberry Blossom Honey and then dry hopped with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. Honey is fully fermentable in beer so the result is a slightly more dry/bitter finish than most of our IPAs . Combined with Mosaic we taste notes of fresh green forest, ripe red fruit, pine, and freshly cut wildflowers.
