15 Minutes Part 1 is a bright, beautiful blend of Ellis Bitter and Ashton Bitter from 2019 with a little Egremont Russet. Aged in ex-scotch whisky cask, this is pure fruity apricot on the nose. Super juicy and fresh on the palate with yellow apple, sweet plum, soft tannins and just a tiny hint of wood smoke.
