TALUS / CASHMERE / CHINOOKBack when we first opened the doors to the taproom we did a series of East Coast Hazy IPAs where we used Ale malt as our base. This resulted in delicious lightly malty, super hazy IPAs. Recently we've moved away from this but for Rule #1 we decided to do a little throwback to that series.Honestly I can't remember why we called it this, but never the less, it's a good rule.Rule #1 - Always know where the exits are.
