Golden Lager

Cold fermented and slowly matured, we focused on a simple clean golden lager. One of the hardest beers to brew this one scared the living daylights out of us, no where to hide, with the slightest of nuances throwing the balance out. Unfiltered un pasteurised this beer is Crisp and refreshing with hints of caramel and honey balanced by a touch of delicious hop bitterness.
