This single malt and single hop (SMASH!) IPA uses Pure California Malt, a moderately pale malt, grown in the hearty barley fields at the base of Mount Shasta. The featured hop is Peacharine, from New Zealand, which provides luscious notes of nectarine, red plum, and white grapefruit.
