Dew is cider with cherries, organic violets and foraged cherry blossoms.Aged in a single barrel, it's a very tiny release.To make Dew we foraged cherry blossoms in the spring of 2022, and added them directly to a single barrel of cherry cider. Then we planted violets and hand picked them every week of the summer, slowly adding them to the barrel with each new bloom.Dew smells like rocket candies, with cherry blossoms adding a powdery sweetness to the baking spice notes of the Montmorency cherriesViolets play underneath it all somewhere in between woody oak and the plush cherry blossoms. Sweet oak tannins balance the bright acid of our apples.
