Another beer which utilises second use fruit. This time we just used the stones from the apricots to produce this complex beer. It begins delicate and subtle, yet the deeper you dive the more complex it becomes. Layers of floral sweetness, almond and poached pear, with funky depth bolstering everything and bringing earthy tones to the woody, tannic and vinous finish.
