A homage to a well known bitter belgian pale ale but with a kiwi twist! Fermented out with a blend of yeast strains to provide a subtle background yeast expression to let the hops shine. Bittered with Czech Saaz, dry hopped Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Pacific Jade.
