This year's tribute to IDBF's "bird of the festival" is both a literal and literary mashup. The piping plover's "code name" PIPL, led us to conjure up a PIneapple and PLum concoction, a deliciously novel semi-dry cider that's ~6.5% ABV. We've endeavored to make it as tasty as piping plover is cute.
