When the team at Carwyn Cellars asked us to be part of their annual Canvent Calendar, we thought: 'What's more Christmassy then a Christmas Pudding. SO we thought we'd turn this classic Christmas treat into a beer.The combination of specialty malts along with the additions of Cherry Puree really lends it self to those Christmas Pudding flavors. Dried Fruit, spice, biscuit, and cherry flavour combine to to create this holiday favourite.
