Shapiro again! this time the lion and the sloth brewed an imperial stout, and added cherries to it in the longest brew we made to this day. the result- a rich and velvety beer with prominenet roastiness coming from the malts, which is balanced by subtle sourness and sweetness coming from the cherries.
