What’s a SMASH you ask? A super simple beer recipe – Single Malt And Single Hop. This one is using @coopersbrewery Pilsner malt, and Motueka from @freestylehops. We haven’t done one for a while, but holey moley this one will blow your socks off with just how complex it is! Motueka might have solidified itself at the top of the pile as our favourite hop!Fermented simply and cleanly with Pilsner yeast from @pinnacle.brewingSuper pale in colour from the pilsner malt, with a fluffy creamy head – perfect. Aromatically is where this beer is at though; creamy lime (think Splice Ice Cream), fresh cut citrus and a dash of candied lime.It drinks as you’d hope too – super light, clean yet interesting enough to keep you wanting coming back
