-Blended specifically for MBCC 2023A very special blend called Flassan, the village of our friends Stéphane and Sandra who grow beautiful cherries and grapes next to Mont Ventoux.The blend is composed of 2 years old saison/lambic blend aged on their cherries and grapes (Carrigan and grenache, together with a touch of Pinot noir from Meursault to bring its typical vibrant notes), back blended with 3 years old lambic and fresh saison de coupage.As always, we blended it in order to reach a beverage that we consider to be balanced between all elements and be thirst-quenching despite its complexity.
