"DANDELION BEE" is a somewhat non-standard, seasonal beer recipe not yet seen in Lithuania - yellowish beer mead. He is distinguished from other braggot by dandelion flowers. His idea was to convey all the best taste and aroma properties of light spring honey, from the Pasvalys region, complemented by light and caramel malt, light hop bitterness and aroma. The main highlight that sets it apart from others is the dandelion blossoms and tramola.
