Originally a British-style of Pale Ale, brewed with an excess of hops for their preservative qualities and then shipped by sea to India, the India Pale Ale (IPA) has become a cornerstone of American Craft Beer culture. The strong bitter and citrus hops flavors that dominate this American ale’s character are complemented by the notes of sweet caramel and light refreshing body. The Sabaja IPA is not afraid to be different, and is the first of its kind brewed in Kosovo.
