Barrel Aged Chaos (Gold Wax)

This Imperial Stout was aged 16 months in a Willet rye barrel. Then, we conditioned the beer on local beans from Fuego Coffee Roaster and chocolate. The result is waves of fudge, charred oak, and a hint of roast.
