Notes de la brasserie: Le profil olfactif de ce produit est définitivement belge : fruité et légèrement épicé grâce à la levure et aux houblons employés. En bouche, la bière est initialement assez onctueuse et les esters fruités prennent toute la place. La gorgée finit sur une petite touche phénolique et herbacée. L'amertume finale est plutôt faible et se balance agréablement avec le peu de sucre résiduel.- - - - -Brewery notes: The olfactory profile of this product is unmistakably Belgian : fruity and lightly spicy thanks to the yeast and hops used here. On the palate, the beer is initially round and luscious with fruity yeast esters taking over. The sip ends on a faint phenolic touch with a bit of grassiness. The bitterness is rather low and balances out the little residual sugars left.
